Tina Kakolaki is a Tanzanian born musician who resides in the United States. She sings in Haya, Swahili and English. With two albums already in the market and one still a work in progress, Tina has attracted a significant number of fans worldwide.
As a member of the Tanzanian Diaspora, Tina has embraced both the Tanzanian and the American cultures and her music speaks for itself carrying the message of love.
Moreover, Tina has become one of the musicians in the United States who still have connections with their African roots and whose messages advocate for the power of love.
In this interview, we will hear Tina explaining to us how she started and how she is still aspiring to reach the higher heights in her career.
